Separate the yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites, adding the sugar + vanilla sugar in the rain.
When the egg whites have hardened and look like meringue, add the rubbed yolks
with a pinch of salt. Then add the flour and chew lightly from the bottom up.
Wallpaper a tray with flour and pour the composition into it and then add the cherries.
Place in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
We do the test with the toothpick and if it is baked we take it out and let it dry
cool then cut the top in three.
Put the whipped cream in a bowl and mix it until it hardens.
We place the first sheet on a plate, we syrup it, then the layer of whipped cream
and continue with the next syrupy sheet and another layer of whipped cream,
followed by the last syrupy sheet and whipped cream again.
Decorate with whipped cream and cherries.
