you know that I am a fan of salty foods and in general it incites me to prepare entrees / appetizers. white when I was making bread. Then I won a jar of coconut grease at a contest and kept thinking about what to do with them. I combined them and made this savory, crumbly and delicious countertop.
- 100 g of wheat bran
- how much flour it contains (I didn't measure it but I knead it like this little by little until I felt the consistency of a dough)
- 60 g coconut oil
- 50 g hard salted cheese
- 2 eggs
- soft cheese 50 g
- 1 smoked spicy sausage
- valerian leaves
- salt pepper
- 1 knife tip of garlic powder
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Salted tart with bran top and coconut grease with cheese and valerian:
Grate the hard cheese and mix with the coconut grease and bran, adding the white flour until it is no longer sticky. This crust is spread on a round tray in a thin layer (mine I think has the classic size of about 25 cm). Bake a little before putting the topping, about 5 minutes in the preheated oven, put in the middle, I put in the oven electric at 200 g C. Then add the whipped egg whites on top and add a tablespoon of white flour, grated cheese, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Then from place to place let the yolks and slices of smoked sausage slide. Bake in the oven again and then towards the end we add a few valerian leaves on top.
It's delicious and it's good and cold, I packed it.
you can also add on top in the topping the pieces of melted cheese or peppers, mushrooms, which you like, like a pizza. I also tried baby spinach leaves and tomato slices and I really liked it.
