- 200 g of strawberries
- 250 gr of pineapple
- 200 gr of vanilla ice cream

Wash the strawberries and drain them from the water, cut the pineapple into cubes and put them in a blender. Add the soft ice cream, a teaspoon of honey and mix for two minutes at maximum speed.
From the above quantities we get 600 ml of delicious smoothie. I divided it into two glasses and served immediately. I did not put the honey because the fruits were quite sweet.

Baby ice cream
For the little ones, ice creams made from simply fruit, in various combinations, or fruit with yogurt go great.
We like to put a handful of strawberries with a well-ripened banana and a spoonful of Greek yogurt in the blender, then we put everything in the forms and let the freezer do its job.
Another version of ice cream for babies is made from 10 pieces of raspberries, 1 peach and 1 teaspoon of fatty yogurt. The peach is washed, the seeds are removed and steamed for 5 minutes. Then blend all the ingredients and put the composition in the freezer. You can mix everything with a fork, after an hour in the freezer, and then again, after another hour. This ice cream goes great with cookies, and our favorites are with vanilla and butter.
Other fruit combinations may include:
- cubes of melon, orange juice and mint leaves
- orange juice, well-ripened bananas and a little lemon juice, combined with yogurt
- diced watermelon, pineapple, kiwi and orange juice.
Put in special forms of ice cream or, simply, in plastic cups, to get something out there that will make the little ones wink.
First we have to clean the fruit, this is a little more delicate (but if we follow the steps it will not be difficult at all).
How to peel a pineapple fruit
With a sharp knife we will cut the top with leaves (about 5 cm from the rest of the fruit).
Then cut the lid from the bottom to have stability on the work table and clean the bark.
