Always, when I cook pilaf, I make some rice meatballs.

From the cooled pilaf I take a few tablespoons of rice (about a tablespoon to a meatball), add 1-2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 1 egg, grated cheese and a little flour to bind and form the meatballs, put a little in the middle cheese or cheese (optional).

The balls thus formed are given through egg, flour and breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil. Sometimes, when I'm not in the mood, I don't bread them anymore, I put them with a spoon directly in hot oil. They are good and so, but they are bestial!

  • 700 ml of milk
  • 150 g of rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr cow's milk
  • 100 gr cheese (grated)
  • 100 gr kaiser (finely chopped)

WORK PLAN rice pudding

  1. we put the milk on the fire. When it starts to boil, add the rice and let it boil until it draws all the milk. You can also use water instead of milk, but I wanted it to be more nutritious. It is also a wonderful food for children, with the mention that maybe it is good to remove the kaiser from the scheme.
  2. Let the rice cool.
  3. separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
  4. mix the yolks and mix them with the rice. Add the grated cheese (or crushed with a fork) and the grated cheese.
  5. We also add the kaizer.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, only if necessary. I did not add salt because the cheese and kaizer salted enough pudding.
  7. then lightly incorporate the egg white foam. Lightly homogenize with a silicone spatula.
  8. cover with butter a heat-resistant dish (25 & # 21520 cm), then add the rice mixture.
  9. leave in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until browned on top. Let cool slightly, then serve. It is just as good either hot or cold. Long live the friendship between the Romanian people and the Chinese people!

Rice is a staple food during fasting periods. You can cook rice with Chinese-style vegetables (as we were talking about Chinese) or some `traditional` peppers stuffed with rice and mushrooms. They are satisfying and, at the same time, delicious dishes. Another solution in fasting: basmati rice with hazelnuts and raisins.

Appetizer check with olives

200 gr diced pork muscle,

250 g grated cheese,

4 raw eggs,

100 gr pitted olives and sliced,

1 bunch of parsley,

1 diced pickled pepper,

4 tablespoons oil,

8 tablespoons flour,

1/2 sachet baking powder off,

pepper to taste.

1.) Cut the pork chop into slices about half a centimeter thick and then beat them with a meat grinder as thin as possible without breaking the meat.

2.) Season the meat with salt and pepper and leave it for a few minutes, during which time beat two eggs well.

3.) Spread the slice of meat and over it add a slice of Prague ham and a piece of cheese. For my blue cord recipe I used cheese in pieces which I cut into long cubes because it is easier to roll and the cheese stays much better in the cord when we fry it.

4.) Fold the sides of the meat over the ham and cheese and then roll. In addition to the round shape of the cord, we can give it another shape, possibly adding a few slices of pepper, as can be seen in the pictures below.

5.) We give the roll formed by flour, egg and then by breadcrumbs.

6.) In a pan preheat a few tablespoons of oil, add the rolls and fry them for a few minutes until they turn golden.

7.) After the blue cord has cooled, cut it into slices and serve it either as an appetizer or as a main course with a garnish.
